MINDFUL MEDITATION
During our Mindful Meditation, yogis will enjoy the opportunity to slow down. Our Mindful Meditation guides yogis through a spiritual session of growth and purpose. Yogis who have tried this practice have reported less anxiety, a tighter core, the ability to breathe effectively & purposefully, and some even said they were less bloated the following day due to the detoxifying benefits of meditation. Join our meditation, it's just what you need.
GENTLE YOGA SERIES
Our gentle yoga series was created for yogis who want exactly what the class advertises, gentle. We encourage the use of a wall or chair support during poses. All poses take place standing. No poses require you to be on the floor, your knees, or back. The benefit of this series include increased balance, mental clarity through meditation, as well as muscle toning, all of which are all achieved at your own pace. This series is ideal for those who have joint paint or physical limitations.
BEGINNER YOGA SERIES
Our Beginner Yoga Series focuses on getting the basics down. We emphasize slowing down your practice to fully understand each posture. Taking time to focus on breath and balance are more important than rushing to perfect a pose. All of the classes at S Rogers Yoga are designed to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants ease into their yogi lifestyle!
INTERMEDIATE YOGA SERIES
Our Intermediate Yoga Series helps yogis build physical strength, improve mental endurance, and increase breathing technique. This Bikram style yoga centers around control, repetition, and the desire to build our confidence together, while pushing each yogi past their comfort zone! All levels, from beginner to advanced, can achieve the benefits of our Intermediate series.
